fmbd Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the fmbd platform and all of its related services, websites, and applications. The words "fmbd", "we", "us", and "platform" refer to the same entity throughout this document.

By registering an account at fmbd or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post a notice on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account and use services at fmbd:

You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
You are opening an account of your own free will, using your own judgment, and with full legal capacity.
You will provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information on our platform.
You do not have any previous fmbd account that has been suspended or terminated.
You are not located in a region where the use of online betting or casino services is entirely prohibited.

fmbd may request identity verification documents at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if documents are not provided or if false information is supplied.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account at fmbd. Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.

3.2 Password and Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets or transactions will be settled before the account is closed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following methods are accepted for deposits at fmbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.

4.3 General Rules

It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
Use of third-party payment accounts is prohibited — only the payment account belonging to the registered account holder may be used.
fmbd reserves the right to review suspicious transactions and, where necessary, delay withdrawals.
In accordance with anti-money laundering policy, additional documentation may be required for large transactions.

05 Bonus and Promotional Offer Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The bonus applies once only — each individual, household, or IP address is entitled to one welcome bonus.
Bets placed with bonus funds may only apply to specified games or categories.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
fmbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus will be voided and the account will be suspended.

06 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

fmbd's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular activity and contribution. Cashback amounts and terms may change, and fmbd reserves the right to make the final decision on these matters.

07 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fmbd platform:

Accessing another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence for betting or gaming.
Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
Intentionally exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform.
Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
Colluding with other users to attempt to influence outcomes.
Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward platform staff or other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, fmbd reserves the right to immediately terminate the account, forfeit all funds, and take applicable legal action.

08 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

fmbd makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We will not be liable for any losses arising from such situations.

8.2 Betting and Gaming Risk

8.3 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout is displayed due to a technical error, fmbd reserves the right to void or correct that payout. Our server records will be considered authoritative in determining the final payout.

09 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the fmbd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and all other elements — is the intellectual property of fmbd. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without our prior permission is prohibited.

The intellectual property of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) remains under their respective ownership.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you are also accepting our Privacy Policy.

13 General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between fmbd and the user, and replace all previous oral or written understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect.

13.3 No Waiver

fmbd's decision not to enforce these Terms in a particular instance shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

13.4 Communication Channels

All communications from fmbd to you will be sent to your registered email address or via a notice on the platform. It is the user's own responsibility to stay updated on the latest Terms.
